What we collect
Your name and mobile number when you place an order, plus what you ordered. If you pay by card, the payment processor handles your card details. Swag Shack never sees or stores your card number.
Why we collect it
To fill your order, to call or text you if there is a problem with it (for example an item is out of stock), and to hand you the right order at pickup.
Marketing texts
We only send deals and promotions by text if you check the optional box at checkout. Every marketing text includes a way to opt out, and you can reply STOP at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Not checking the box does not affect your order.
Who sees it
Swag Shack staff working the event, and our payment and hosting providers so the service works. We do not sell your information.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep order records for business and tax purposes. To ask us to delete your contact information, or to stop marketing texts, contact us at 213-502-2685.
